Not much has happened since my last post.. except I saw Noah and The Whale, who were only ok, I can't say it was amazing because it wasn't. But seeing Cage The Elephant was. Oh my, I think I'm in love with them. Matt was so sweet and signed our tickets and hugged my friend who got knocked out in the mosh pit.

Best night of my life so far :)

Let It Be

Here We Go Again

Summer has finally ended, and for once I'm excited.
School started today, and it was fun. I'm finally Year9, so lets hope this year will be fun.

My mum just told me that we're going on a huge shopping spree in late September, because of her pay rise. I can't wait to get that perfect f/w wardrobe. Lots of gothic, punk inspired pieces will hopefully be making their way into my wardrobe.

From now on, I'm promising myself that every weekend I'll have outfit pictures, and blog posts will be coming almost everyday. I want to make a success of this blog.

That H&M Top

Remember a few months ago I posted about the H&M top I was longing for? I found the plain navy version in London last week. Its not quite as nice as I though :S

The Sun Finally Came Out

Sorry for the lack of posts recently...

English weathers been so rainy and horrible lately, that outfits have mainly consisted of the same thing over and over again.

Last Summer...

Last summer was probably one of the best I'd ever had. Comparing it to this one just shows me how much I've wasted my time so far. My cousin is coming from Poland tomorrow, and she's probably one of the most fun people I've ever met.

So hopefully my summer will start to kick off. I've decided that starting tomorrow, I'll put effort into every outfit, and try to get pictures of them.

Why So Serious?

I saw The Dark Knight yesterday with a friend. I can honestly say, it is by far one of the best films I have ever seen.

I didn't think I was going to enjoy it that much, and went purely to see Heath Ledgers performance, but the film turned out to be amazing.

The whole thing is so clever, there are so many twists I never expected. But of course, my favourite character was The Joker. Heath Ledgers version was amazing. He transforms completely into the character, and you wouldn't even know it was him. The Joker really is a phsycotic, insane criminal, but at the same time charming, witty, and dare I say it, attractive.

I recommend this film to everyone, even if you're not usually the type for action, go see it! You'll love it!

RIP Heath Ledger. You went out with a bang.

Summertime

I'm sitting here now in the sunshine, painting my nails the clearest turquoise I have ever seen. Just a few more days of school, then I'm free for the summer.

Little Old Me, Back From Paris.

Paris was amazing. I loved every second of it, but I'll make a post about that later.

First of all, I need to rant about a few things.

1. Why is shipping so expensive? It annoys me so much; especially when it's on ASOS, and you can't actually get to the shop and get it, therefore yourself shipping it.
2. Daytime TV really needs a facelift. When you're lying on the sofa feeling sick, you don't want to see a bunch of middle aged women rambling on about things no one cares about.
3. Why is it that when I buy the perfect sunglasses, my friends always seem to break them? Last summer, I had these gorgeous aviators, but of course my friend had to step on them. And then she stole my other ones and refuses to admit it.
4. That leads me neatly on to this one. I hate when people refuse to admit to things. Most of the time, it seems to mean slamming a door infront of my face when I confront you.

On a lighter note, I bought a stunning ring form Topshop this weekend. It reminds me of my grandmas jewellery box in Poland :)

Its officially summer in 2 1/2 days for me! Lovely stuff.

Feeling Hyper

My laptop finally came back from repairs today :)
I'm feeling so hyper today, even my english teacher noticed after I stood there laughing for about an hour.
Next week, I'll be in Paris for the whole school week! A holiday with my friends basically :)
I can't wait; and I'll be sure to get as many outfit photos as possible. I know the blog has been lacking in them lately.
And pleaaaase spread the word of my blog!

Apparently thats what this dress looks like. Haha.

Its from Topshop, and I'm in love with it online, but I'm not sure about the length when I tried it on today. I realise that my legs look like tree stumps, but the mirror is like, an inch away, and the curtain doesn't even fit. It took me ages to get it into a position so that theres not a 10cm.

Should I get it or not?

I really need to work on getting my whole body into the frame of a picture.. It only seems to work when someone else is taking the picture of me; so these strange head-chopped-off pictures will have to do for now. The gladiators are the same as the last post.

Summer Days

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. Schools started again and outfits are just blahhh at the moment. I came back from Poland this morning, after going there for the weekend to visit family. Everything was just lovely there. I was stupid enough to leave my camera at home, but took the batteries... haha; so after all the effort of making nice outfits, I couldn't take pictures. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to put them back on and take the pictures. ;)
We stayed at my Grans flat, and everytime I go there, I always manage to come back with a bag of hers.
This time I found a beautiful grey clutch, as well as a brown one. There were even bus tickets from 1987 inside. :) Pictures coming ASAP. First I need to paint my nails... I think the colours going to be risky red this time.

Please Please Please comment on my blog. I will be posting so much more in the coming weeks, because the weather has finally improved (28 degrees at 6 pm!) enough to wear lovely outfits all the time.

Finally Spring.

The rain has finally left. And the sun sort of came out today.

I didn't do much today, just lounged around the house and I'm gonna go see my dad in hospital later. He had a minor operation today.

If I Never See Your Face Again...

It's raining again today. WHY? It's meant to be spring, and half term. I was planning to go shopping with my mum for her outfit for a high school reunion in Poland next week ( I'm going too ;) ) but the rain has once again ruined my plans. Theres still 3 hours before shops close, so we might still go. Anyway, this is my plan of attack today. Quite simple, because its freezing and raining; so my outfit is going to get all wet and horrible anyway.

Raindrops On Roses

Ahh. Today was like, the worst day of spring so far. it rained almost all day, and even when it stopped, it was freezing. Spring is supposed to be nice!

So anyway, my day was pretty boring.

Except I went for a CT Scan of my brain.

The doctor kept making jokes about how he doesn't know if I have one. None of them were funny.

Later, I went to see What Happens In Vegas; all the outfits were amazing in my opinion, and it was the best film I've seen in ages. I can't wait to see Mamma Mia!, and Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. I read about half of the book a few years ago.

So no outfit today, because my camera is being stupid and says my memory if full even though I have about 20 pictures on it so far.

But, I do have a random picture of me that my friend sent me. I don't ever recall this being taken...

Spring has finally sprung in my garden. It's so nice to just be able to lie on the green grass surrounded by daisies and relax. I wish it was like this everyday...

I Learned The Hard Way

Today I built a shoe rack and did some pilates. Now I'm watching Eurovision with my mum and grandma. Don't you just love lazy days?

Are You Like, A Sailor?

Thats what I got asked by so many people today. Just because buttons have anchors on them, doesn't mean I am a sailor.

It was a non-uniform day today, and I didn't realise till last minute, so I literally had to throw something on.

After school, I made daisy chain headbands. They're surprisingly fun; even if I did get about a 100 weird looks. :)

I Made Something That FITS!

I'm actually kind of excited. This is the first time I've ever sewn anything from scratch that actually fits!

Amazing, I know ;)

So today, while feeling sick and off school :[, I decided to make a dress. Its all made up of vintage scarves, so the whole thing cost about £4. I still need to hem it, because I made it way too long, and just folded it in the pictures.

Oh, and I'm wearing shorts under, I forgot about how see through the dress actually was. And a vest aswell. :D

Just 2 More Days...

Just 2 more days till I'm school free for a week. Hopefully I'll be posting more outfits then, because I won't have to wear my uniform for most of the day :)

I'm so tempted to buy some gorgeous stuff from Forever21, but the shipping is about $35 I think..
And for someone who is running low on money already, that much money isn't going to help.
I might ask my mum tomorrow...

Kate Moss for Topshop

The new Kate Moss for Topshop range debuted today. Its all so gorgeous.

Unfortunately, most of the things I fell in love with are already out of stock. I guess I'll have to check in town soon.

These are just my favourite items. I'm longing for the Pink Ruffle Dress and Corset Top, even if they are a little out of my budget.

So going to town yesterday didn't turn out so well. It started pouring down with rain, so I decided to stay home, and bore myself to death.
I wanted to go to town today, but after stupidly spending £5 on magazines to try and cure my boredom (which worked for about 20 mins), I only have £15 left. Theres not much you can buy with that much.
And my mum doesn't want to give me any money; although she does owe me £30.

£45 would be nice, but it looks like I'm going to have to waste my weekend at home again :(

So my mum gave me £12. Haha, not much, but enough. I went to town, and searched all over both the H&M's for that gorgeous top, but it was nowhere to be seen :(
Instead, I got a pair of trousers, similar to the Topshop ones on the wishlist in one of my previous posts.
I got batteries too :D
